CHENANGO COUNTY – As of Tuesday there are 105 active cases of COVID-19 in Chenango County, 33 of which are vaccinated, and two individuals are currently hospitalized, one of which is vaccinated.

The Chenango County Department of Health confirmed there have been 4,267 total cases of COVID-19 in Chenango.

There have been 84 confirmed deaths.

The health department also confirmed there are 277 residents under quarantine, and 4,038 total recoveries.

So far approximately 141,412 tests for the virus have been administered in the county.

According to the health department, 57.2 percent of the Chenango County population has received at least one dose of vaccine, and 68.4 percent of the 18 and older population has received at least one dose.
