NORWICH — The sixth annual Witching Good Time went off without a hitch this weekend, drawing approximately 150 visitors throughout the day.
The event touted five local musical performers, dances by the High Kicks and Broomstix dance troupe, food provided by Funk-e-BBQ, tarot card readings, raffles, and more. Residents dressed as witches flocked to Rita's Tavern, where the event is held every year, to participate in the festivities and support a good cause.
Best of all, the Halloween fundraising event raised $2,695 to be donated to the Norwich Youth Bureau, marking the Witching Good Time's largest fundraising effort to date.
