CHENANGO COUNTY – As of Wednesday there are 196 active cases of COVID-19 in Chenango County, 57 of which are vaccinated, and four individuals are currently hospitalized, none of which are vaccinated.

The Chenango County Department of Health confirmed there have been 5,171 total cases of COVID-19 in Chenango.

There have been 87 confirmed deaths.

The health department also confirmed there are 493 residents under quarantine, and 4,914 total recoveries.

So far approximately 160,052 tests for the virus have been administered in the county.
