EARLVILLE — Earlville Opera House is pleased to announce a diverse and exciting 2022 performance season on our historic Main Stage. With a stellar lineup of musical icons from the past plus new favorites we celebrate our 50th Anniversary Season.

The season kicks off on February 23 with a special performance by Amythyst Kiah, an Alternative/Indie Grammy nominee for Best American Roots Song. This event is a partnership between the EOH and Colgate University's Live Music Collective and Brown Commons. Tickets are only $20/$18 members, and $10 for youth 17 and below, and are available at www.earlvilleoperahouse.com. Colgate students, faculty and staff can register for free tickets by contacting the EOH office.

Included in our season ticket is twelve Main Stage shows spanning many genres of music including American folk singer-songwriter Vance Gilbert; the Blues, Country, R&B, Rock-n-Roll, Jazz, Gospel, World Music, Soul, and Roots of world travelers Hazmat Modine; Singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and Grammy awarded Amy Helm; Jaw-dropping modern troubadour and local prodigy Matt Nakoa; Celtic-American Roots music “super group” Runa; Americana new age songwriters Heather Pierson Trio; Screaming hot blues musician Carolyn Wonderland; the fiercest Bluegrass artists around today Audie Blaylock and Redline; Hot to trot Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience; Scottish folk band Old Blind Dogs; the number one on US Folk DJ charts, House of Hamill; and a performance of music, song, dance and stories of seasonal Irish traditions by Irish Christmas in America. Our special 50th Anniversary highlight concert is Thursday, September 22, at 7 p.m., with a performance by David Bromberg, the superstar of American roots music. His compelling blend of material and musicianship and associations with Bob Dylan, Jerry Jeff Walker, John Hartford, George Harrison, the Grateful Dead, Emmylou Harris and Bonnie Raitt have made him an icon.
