NORWICH – New York State Senator Peter Oberacker and 19th Congressional District Republican Candidate Marc Molinaro will be visiting Norwich on Sunday.

According to representatives of the Chenango County Republican Committee, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday April 3, Oberacker and Molinaro will be at Fred’s Inn on State Route 12 for a meet and greet that is open to the public.

Representatives said Senator Oberacker’s district is being expanded to cover all of Chenango County, and Molinaro is the current Dutchess County Executive and 2018 New York Republican Gubernatorial candidate.

They said Molinaro is running for Congress in the redistricted 19th, and the district consists of the eastern half of Chenango County including the City and Town of Norwich, North Norwich, Sherburne, Oxford, Guilford, New Berlin, Columbus, Afton, Bainbridge, and half of Coventry.
