SIDNEY- On Saturday, Sidney defeated both Oxford and Harpursville to win the SFCU softball Tournament.
Game One:

Sidney's Ava Cirigliano pitched a one-hitter and struck out 15 batters. She also had a great game at the plate, going 4-for-5 with a home run, triple, and four RBIs.
Behind Cirigliano, Kayla McEwan went 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBIs, and scored three runs while Emma Constable went 4-for-6 with two doubles, two RBIs, and scored four runs.
Oxford's Patricia Bohannon struck out 10 batters in the loss.

Ava Cirigliano was on the mound again for the Warriors. She allowed one run on seven hits and struck out 10 batters in her second win of the day. At the plate, she hit her second home run and scored three runs.
Kayla McEwan stayed hot by going 3-for-4 with two triples, a double and two RBIs.
Harpursville's Kylie Havens struck out 10 batters in the loss.
The MVP of the tournament went to Sidney's Ava Cirigliano while Kayla McEwan, Emma Constable, and Emily Russo were named Tournament All Stars.
