OXFORD– After Oxford defeated Bainbridge-Guilford 6-3 in the previous matchup, B/G took the 9-4 revenge win on Tuesday afternoon.

Naomi Smith took the loss in six innings pitched and struck out seven batters. Smith also contributed with a single and scored a run.

Behind Smith, Ella Kelsey went 3-for-4 at the plate, driving home two runs on the day.

Tricia Bohannon went 2-for-3 with an RBI while Madison Long had two singles in three at-bats.

Taegan Manwarren got on base with a walk and led Oxford with two stolen bases.
