SOUTH OTSELIC — The annual two-day Tractor Show is scheduled for Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22 in the rural Chenango County hamlet of South Otselic.

The vintage tractor display is featured as one of South Otselic's Fishing and Heritage Day offerings, which takes place on the same Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In addition to this year's fishing programs, arts and crafts vendors, demonstrations and live music, the large collection of visiting antique tractors will be on display. Also returning are the Valley Busters 4-H Club, who will show some of their small farm animals at the tractor display.

Added attractions as part of this program will be some of the tractors on parade through town, starting at 1 p.m. Around 2 p.m. a kiddie tractor pull will take place just across the river, where more tractors and farm equipment will be on display, along with demonstrations.

The Valley's agricultural industry has a long history, and continues to be an important part of the Otselic Valley and surrounding landscape.
