HARPURSVILLE– The Greene Trojans girls basketball team faced Harpursville, where they came out with a dominant 61-26 victory. The Trojans remain undefeated throughout the first four games of the season after defeating Oxford and UV in MAC league games.

Greene was led by Payton and Abby Yahner. Payton scored 21 points with Abby behind her with 20. Payton also had six assists while Abby picked up 12 rebounds.

Harpursville’s Jaylyn Merrill scored 11 points despite her team being held to just 26 points in the contest.

Greene (4-0) looks to continue their streak on the road against Lansing on Friday at 7:30 p.m. before participating in the UV Holiday Tournament on December 28.
