BAINBRIDGE – After a hard loss to Sidney last week, the Bainbridge-Guilford Lady Bobcats returned to their home court and scored a stellar 74 points in the win over Deposit-Hancock. In the 74-32 victory, the Bobcats posted double-digit scoring in every quarter while four girls finished with 10 points or better.

B-G outscored Deposit-Hancock 56-20 throughout three quarters before finishing 18-12 in the final eight minutes of play. Johnna Henderson led all scorers with 19 points, including three of four free-throws and seven points scored in the Bobcats’ wild 21 point third quarter.

Jayslin Henderson finished behind her with 17 points while Celeste Baldwin had 12 and Chandler Benjamin scored 10 points.

B-G improves to 7-3 on the season with a 2-2 divisional record and a 3-3 overall MAC record. The Bobcats are third in the MAC division II behind Greene (9-0) and Oxford (8-2).

B-G will be on the road against Unatego on Thursday at 7 p.m.
