BOWLING: S-E Continues To Strive In Recent Win Over Sauquoit Valley

SAUQUOIT– Since falling to New York Mills to start the New Year, the Sherburne-Earlville bowling team has never lost hope with pushing through on a 9-1 season, still undefeated at 7-0 in the CSC division II. Their most recent win comes against Sauquoit Valley on Tuesday where they earned the 5-0 sweep.

S-E’s Jacob Jenkins led all bowlers in the contest with a 627 high series with the highest game of a 227. Olivia Fehlner finished behind him with a 610, including a 202 in the second game and a 223 in the final.

S-E will trudge on to the next match with the same confidence and momentum as they will face Waterville again on Monday at 4 p.m. with only three more regular season matches remaining. S-E defeated Waterville 5-0 on January 13.
