NORWICH — The Chenango Arts Council, located at 27 West Main Street in Norwich, will be hosting a "Paint and Sip" step-by-step painting class, where artists of all experience levels can create their own masterpiece.

All supplies are included for painters to create a scenic image with a green field, river, and poppy flowers. Light refreshments will also be provided.

The class will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 25. Participation is $18 for members and $20 for non-members. To register, visit ChenangoArts.org.
