SHERBURNE - The Sherburne-Earlville Lady Marauders hosted Canastota on Friday, where they earned the 43-32 victory. They are still fighting to be an even team on the season at 6-8 with a handful of regular season games left.

S-E and Canastota both played a strong first quarter, but S-E posted 18 points compared to Canastota’s 11. From that advantage, S-E continued to play consistently throughout the rest of the game, holding the Raiders to four points in the third quarter, which limited a comeback in the final eight minutes.

Hannah Todd Rogers led the Marauders with 17 points as Chesnee Miller laid down a three to finish with 14 in the win.

S-E hosts Mount Markham this evening for a non-league matchup at 6 p.m.
