Hometown Heroes Banners Delayed

NORWICH — Due to a delay with the manufacturer, the Norwich Hometown Heroes veteran banners will not be up for Memorial Day on Monday, May 29. A ceremony will be held in the near future and will be announced. The committee apologizes for the delay.
