COVENTRY — On June 19, 2023, New York State Police (NYSP) at Norwich arrested Heather A. Wrench, age 35, of Coventry, NY for the class “D” felony of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree, the class “E” felony of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, and the misdemeanor of Petit Larceny.

A trooper and a Chenango County Deputy were dispatched to a report of a trespass on State Highway 206 in the town of Coventry. An investigation revealed that without permission, Wrench entered a vehicle and removed items, one of which was a pistol, from a vehicle. A further investigation revealed that Wrench had trespassed on several properties in the area.

Wrench was located not far from her residence. She was arrested and transported to SP Norwich for processing.

Wrench was transported to Chenango County Central Arraignment and Processing and remanded to the jail on no bail.
