NORWICH — The 2023 Greater Norwich Foundation Scholarship recipients gathered at NBT Bank in Norwich on Monday, July 10.

Recent graduates of Norwich High School and recipients of the Greater Norwich Foundation scholarships are as follows: the Alan Horovitz All Around Student Award, Aleksander Smietana, attending Clarkson University; the Alan Horovitz Sports Person of the Year Award, Mason Edwards, attending University of Alabama; the Clara Robbins Memorial Scholarship Awards, Natalee Franklin, attending SUNY Morrisville; Alexandria Fink, attending SUNY Morrisville; Andrea Alvarez, attending Utica University; Brianna Minor, attending SUNY Broome; the Marcia Stewart Memorial Scholarship, Adrianna Palmer, attending SUNY Broome; the Esther C.
