EARLVILLE — Earlville Opera House is proud to present “Earlville Guitar Weekend," a two-day event that connects local musicians with a network of local musicians as well as lessons taught by select master guitarists. This can't-miss event takes place on Friday and Saturday, July 28 and 29, and there is still time to register.

Learn from guitar masters Tom Rasely, Roy Coston, John Kelsey, Dennis Turechek, Giancarlo Bartholomew, and the legendary Gary Talley from the Grammy-nominated The Box Tops. Classes being offered are in electric guitar, acoustic guitar, jazz stylings, fingerstyle, and guitar for songwriters (taught by Gary Talley himself).

There will be plenty of opportunity for networking, a Q&A session will be held, and an open mic/jam will take place on Friday at 6:30 p.m. All participants will be given a complementary ticket to see Gary Talley perform live on the historic Earlville Opera House Main Stage at 7 p.m. on July 29.
