NORWICH — NBT Bank’s latest Wall of Art installation at NBT headquarters in downtown Norwich features photography by Peter Mason.

“I became interested in fine arts photography during my college years, but only upon retirement was I able to  pursue the hobby,” said Mason. “I have always been intrigued by images that explore a new aspect of a common object, provide an emotional response or make you consider a story.”

Photos from his travels in locations like Italy and the Netherlands are on display until the end of September.  

“I am a nature  photographer, generally, but seek out interesting images whether at home or while traveling,” added Mason. “My challenge is to  capture an image that speaks  uniquely.”

“We’re very excited to share Peter Mason's beautiful photography,” said Chenango Arts Council Executive Director Alecia O’Neill. “He has a long history with Chenango Arts Council and his pieces are always a favorite part of our Members Show.”
