EARLVILLE – Earlville Community Days will take place this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 8 and 9, beginning with the Huff Brau’s Block Party from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday evening.
Most events begin at 10 a.m. and go all day on Saturday, including presentations by law enforcement, a bike rodeo, tractor pulls, vender openings and food offerings.
Many vendors come from around the area, offering everything from fresh fruits and vegetables to baked goods and hand-knitted items.
The Special Events Tent will host hourly presentations and music from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The Earlville Volunteer Fire Department will hold a chicken BBQ at noon and put on a demonstration after.
The Chenango County Fire Prevention Trailer and Child Safe ID trailer by the Sheriff's Office will also be on hand.
Fireworks will follow the day's events at dusk.
