GREENE – Greene Bowlodrome’s 12th annual Charity golf tournament was held at the Genegantslet Golf Course on August 26th. Twenty-two teams participated, with 88 golfers. The first place team of Justin Ekstrom, Aaron Clark, Scott Murn and Justin Clark captured their fourth tournament win, with a score of 54.

With the help of generous sponsors and golfers, the Greene Bowlodrome was able to purchase a new star for the Village Christmas tree, which will be lit on December 1 and be on through the holidays. In previous years, they have donated to Greene Community Services, the Joint Recreation Committee, Greene Labor Day Committee, Chenango County SPCA, Run 4 A Reason, Greene Clothing Bank and Every Dog’s Dream - Greene
