NORWICH – Coming off a little bit of rest between matches, the Norwich Purple Tornado golf team got back to work on Tuesday, hosting Chenango Valley. Norwich improved to 5-0 with a big 219-265 win over the Warriors.

Norwich’s Julien Smith became the fourth different medalist in five matches. He shot an all-around low of a 40. Jacob Morris and Jacob Dowdall both tied with a 44 as Aidan Stafford shot a 45. Matthew Brunick also did well and shot a 46.

Chenango Valley’s scores ranged from a 44-65.

Norwich travels to Windsor on Monday at 4 p.m.
