OXFORD - Coming off a tough loss to Greene, the Oxford Blackhawks golf team returned home to face Delhi. After defeating Delhi on the road in the first match of the season, Oxford picked up the sweep at home with a big 209-306 victory.

Senior Jerry Hornbeck earned his first nod as top medalist this season after shooting an all-around low of a 38. Kyle Benjamin followed suit with a 40 as Paden stood back, but still impressed with a 42. Degan Endress finished behind Paden with a 43 as Sylas Emerson capped off Oxford's scoring with a 46. Caden Rifanburg also received playing time as the team's sixth golfer.

Delhi's scores ranged from a 57 to a 73.

Oxford improves to 5-2 as they seek to defeat Greene at Bluestone this time on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
