NEW BERLIN – Coming off a hard loss to Unatego, the Unadilla Valley girls soccer team returned home to face non-league opponent Schenevus on Wednesday. The Storm powered through with two goals in each half and held Schenevus to one goal in the 4-1 victory.

UV took a 2-0 lead at halftime off goals by Natalie Crandall and Jaiden Schrag. Jaiden Schrag leads the team with 11 goals through eight games played. Crandall scored a total of two goals with one in the second half to have five goals on the season.

UV continues to lead the MAC division II with a 3-0 divisional record while being 4-1 in the league overall. The Storm improves to 6-2 on the season with about six regular games left to play, which should all be league contests.
