NORWICH — If your local business has been seriously impacted by downtown construction there is still a little time left to get your application in for the Downtown Business Relief Program (DBRP).
The deadline for all applications to be received is 5 p.m. on October 31.
Community Development Director Erik Scrivener said the DBRP was created to provide gap funding to businesses in the City of Norwich that had been affected by disruptions from the water main construction, NYSEG, and other improvements restricting access to the businesses.
