OXFORD -  The Oxford Farmers’ Market will move indoors for its 10th Annual Winter Market Season this Saturday, November 4th. This Saturday’s cozy indoor Market features locally grown and produced food, exquisitely-made artisan crafts, a warm  local lunch (to stay or to take out), and live music performed by folk fiddler John Potocnik and pianist Kathy Shimberg.

The Oxford Winter Farmers’  Market takes place twice a month, November through April, indoors on the first Saturday of every month and through their Online Marketplace on both the first and third Saturdays.

Locally raised and produced food is both more nutritious and more delicious. it also supports a truly local economy of farmers, producers and artisans. Throughout the Oxford Winter Market season, vendors selling indoors and through the Online Marketplace offer the  highest quality seasonal produce; locally raised beef, pork, chicken and lamb; local cheeses and dairy; locally grown and milled grains; fresh-baked breads, pies, cookies, scones and pastries; local syrup and honey; jams, salsas and pestos; fine teas; and fine artisan crafts.

The Oxford Winter Farmers’ Market is held in the Fellowship Hall of the United Church of Oxford, 16 Fort Hill Park. Enter on Merchant Street across from the Middle School parking lot where there are lots of great parking spots
