ONEONTA - A Burlington Flats man has been indicted for numerous sex crimes by an Otsego County Grand Jury.

Following a warrant for his arrest, on October 30, 2023, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Oneonta arrested Cory Kujawski, age 40, of Burlington Flats, for the following crimes: Three counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, class A-II felony; two counts of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the first Degree, class B felony; and one count of Criminal Sexual Act in the first degree.

An initial report was made to Troopers in 2019. An investigation by State Police Investigators and the Otsego County District Attorney’s Office found that Kujawski had inappropriate sexual contact with a child under the age of 13 on several occasions.

 

Kujawski was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.  He was referred to Otsego County probation.
