OXFORD – For the fourth year running, the Online Marketplace at the Oxford Winter Farmers’ Market makes it possible to source the freshest, locally-grown and produced food twice a month throughout the Winter Season.
This week’s Online Marketplace has all your Thanksgiving needs covered, from seasonal produce such as greens, carrots, brussel sprouts, potatoes, onions and garlic, to poultry and other local meats, to butter and cheeses, to fresh baked pies, breads, cookies and scones — and even aprons for the chefs and soap for the hands of all the helpers.
The Online Marketplace is free to use, requires no pre-payment, and first-time users receive a $5 coupon good at all future Indoor and Online Markets.
The Online customer ordering window is open this week from Tuesday, November 14 at noon thru Thursday, November 16 at noon for a curbside pickup this Saturday, November 18, 10 am - Noon. Visit the Online Marketplace by going to: ofm.eatfromfarms.com
A Thanksgiving meal made with locally raised and produced food is a great reason to give thanks. It is more nutritious and delicious, and it supports a truly local economy of farmers, producers and artisans.
