NORWICH – The Norwich Elks Lodge recently held its annual local Hoop Shoot Free Throw Contest at the Norwich Middle School. This is held annually nationwide where contestants have an opportunity to advance to the National Contest held in Chicago. It's totally free to contestants and open to Boys & Girls ages 8-13 and live in Chenango County. More information can be found at Elks.org/hoopshoot.
