BAINBRIDGE – The Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats’ bowling team hosted Deposit on Monday evening, where the boys picked up the victory and the girls fell short. B-G has been steady in the MAC bowling standings with powerhouse UV/Norwich leading the way.
The Bobcats boys swept the boards by a final score of 2762-2023. Collin Dicks led B-G with a 596 series, including a 205 in the first of three games. Joey Doyle finished behind him with a 583 series while Jacob Lyle bowled the team’s highest game of the evening with a 227 to finish with a 426 in just two games bowled.
The B-G girls remain confident, despite being swept by Deposit. The four dedicated ladies continue to improve on their individual scores throughout the season. Tabitha Doyle led the Bobcats with a 403 series with her highest of a 149 in the third game. Kassidy Middleton bowled the team’s highest game with a 152 and finished with a 385 series.
B-G is right back on the lanes this afternoon, hosting Hancock at 3:45 p.m.
