BAINBRIDGE – On February 7, the Bainbridge-Guilford bowling team hosted Sidney to wrap up the 2023-2024 regular season. It was also senior night for the Bobcats, who honored its two seniors, Collin Dicks and Joey Doyle. B-G fell to the hands of a tough Sabers team.
The Bobcats’ boys picked up one game in the 3014-2749 deficit. They out-bowled Sidney 920-902 in the second game. B-G was led by Ryan Larsen, who bowled a team-high 601 series with a 227 in the final game. Jacob Lyle followed with a 582 series, where he rolled a team-best 231 in the first game. Dicks had a 546 series while Doyle finished with a 467 on their special night.
For the B-G girls, Kassidy Middleton led the way with a 402 series with a 148 in her second game. Tabitha Doyle finished behind her with a 391 as Railey O’Dell rolled a 377 series. Sophie Gold rounded out the Bobcats’ scoring with a 300 series.
B-G will join their other MAC league opponents in the championship, which may be held Wednesday, February 14 at Ripics Carousel Lanes in Binghamton.
