BAINBRIDGE – The Village of Bainbridge Board of Trustees approved a resolution declaring April as Fair Housing Month, in recognition of the Title VIII Fair Housing Policy of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 and the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity have named April as Fair Housing Month.
