NEW BERLIN - The Unadilla Valley Storm track and field team welcomed Bainbridge-Guilford, Unatego, and Delhi to their home track on Monday afternoon. UV honored its seniors prior to the opening events. Congratulations, to UV seniors; Nicole Ramsaran, Kalie Fernandez-Naughton, Tucker Cattanach, Jaiden Schrag, Arin Buchanan, Bella Potter, Brandon Davenport, Lilyannah Palmer, and Kiana Hoag. The home team came out with the victory for the girls with B-G in second. Delhi snuck past B-G and UV for first place for the boys.

B-G

Girls:

The Bobcats had solid performances all around for both boys and girls. Eighth grader Keelan Ammon finished second in the girls' 100 meter dash with a time of 14.30 seconds before finishing third in the 400 meter dash with a new best time of 1:06.76. She completed her day in third for pole vault with a mark of five feet, six inches.

Macaela Burns, Aubrey Schinn, Brooklin Hall, and Carly Finch finished sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth in the same 100 meter event. Finch also earned a fourth place finish in the 100 meter hurdles with a new best time of 21.21 seconds. Laila Williams took fourth in the 400 meter dash, followed by Sage Pruskowski in fifth.

Ethne Degan began her senior outdoor season with a first place finish in the 800 meter run with teammate Maddie Ingham right behind her in second. Degan finished second in the 1500 meter run with a time of 5:47.85, just short of Delhi's 5:47.44.
