CHENANGO COUNTY - The Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats softball team has held their own in the last few games to stay unbeaten on the season. They played two over the weekend with Friday night's game against Walton/Downsville and Saturday against Harpursville. Both games were winners with the Bobcats holding their opponents to just three runs scored. B-G piled up 24 runs on 15 hits during Friday's 24-3 victory and 18 runs on 13 hits on Saturday, continuing to show how hot their bats have been lately.
B-G is all alone up top in the MAC standings as Deposit-Hancock suffered their first loss on the season.
