NORWICH — Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Norwich Theater Company, Inc. (NTCI) has changed their summer musical from "Anything Goes" to "9 to 5."
Due to the change, the directorial team, led by Director Dusty Davidson, is opening up a second round of auditions for anyone interested in being in the new show. Performers should record a video of them singing a song that showcases their voice, and email the video to davidsondusty@hotmail.com.
Individuals who auditioned for "Anything Goes" will be considered for the new show, and do not need to send audition videos.
Audition tapes should be emailed no later than 6 p.m. on Friday, May 17.
"9 to 5" is a musical based on the 1980 film of the same name, and centers around three employees of Consolidated Industries: Violet, Doralee, and Judy. The three women work under the lecherous Franklin Hart, Jr., with Violet as a senior secretary, Doralee as a secretary to Mr. Hart, and Judy as a new employee with no prior work experience.
