SOUTH NEW BERLIN – The South New Berlin Horseshoe club continued its 2024 season on Wednesday, May 8. Webster Paving and Top Notch Timber fought for the top spot in the standings, but Ed Webster and Bob Wells have the 1179 to 1083 points advantage over Keith Clark and Jim Bulger to close out the second week of play.

Tim Lidell and Mike Grant of Fun Lovers sit in third place with a record of 6-2 as six teams currently have a 5-3 record. Fun Lovers, Nomadic Addicts, and Prolifiq Sign Studio round out the top five teams. Lidell also swept both the top men’s leaderboards with a high single game of 68 and a high series of a 182.

Prolifiq Sign Studio’s Kate Lloyd earned the victory in the women’s high single with a 47 as Sheryl Thurston of Nomadic Addicts had the highest series with a 119 over Lloyd’s 118.

Webster Paving took three of four team victories as Fun Lovers took the win in the team high series. The South New Berlin Horseshoe Club meets every Wednesday night.
