NORWICH – Congratulations to Justina Parsons and Noah Fleury, both students from Greene Central School District. The two are the winners of the T&K Harrington Scholarship Essay Contest, and will split the $1,000 scholarship award.

According to the company, the award is intended to recognize a Chenango County high school senior who will be going directly into the workforce after graduation.

The award may be used for career “start-up” costs, such as buying personal protective equipment or helping with gas to and from the job site.
