CHENANGO COUNTY – The Quad County Youth Softball Program concluded its 2024 season on Saturday, June 15. The program features teams from Afton, Bainbridge (two teams), Sidney (two teams), Unatego, Oxford, and Norwich.

Sidney Maroon faced off against Sidney White in the fifth/sixth grade championship game under the lights in Sidney. Sidney Maroon snuck past with a 12-11 victory.

Afton finished third as Unatego took fourth place in the program.

The program would like to give a special thank you to Bainbridge for coming in at the last minute to play and Bainbridge’s Blue team, which was coached by Mr. Hossier, received the sportsmanship award. Special thanks also to all the coaches who take the time to coach these young future athletes.
