Tri-County Horseshoe League: Betty’s Boys II Remains In First After Week Nine

CHENANGO COUNTY – The Tri-County Horseshoe League wrapped up its ninth week on June 13 with Betty’s Boys II clinging to their first place position. They sit at 113-31 with Octagon continuing to creep up behind them in second place. Octagon is two games behind with a record of 111-17. Pond Crew, Riverside, and Betty’s Boys round out the top five teams.

Betty’s Boys II picked up the 15-1 win over Seebers, who still remain in the final spot in the standings. Octagon shutout Dam Team 16-00 while Chuggers won a close match against Bowlodrome 10-6. Pond Crew got the 10-6 tight victory against Ticknors as Betty’s Boys snuck past Hilltop 9-7. Riverside played it safe with a bye week.

The Tri-County Horseshoe League meets every Thursday night.
