CHENANGO COUNTY – On June 19, the New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Chenango County.

During the initiative, thirteen businesses were checked for compliance.  All thirteen were found in compliance and did not sell any alcohol to the underage operative.  They are:

Mirabito Quickway, N. Main St, Sherburne.

Stewart's Shop, N. Main St, Sherburne.

No Problem Liquors, W. State St, Sherburne.

Stewart's Shop, CR 32/ST-23, Norwich.

Mirabito Quickway, CR 32/ST-23, Norwich.

Speedway, ST-12 (N), Norwich.

Mirabito, ST-12 (N), Norwich.

Nazzitto's Wine & Liquors, St Hwy 12, Norwich.

Speedway, ST-12 (S), Norwich.

Mirabito Quickway, ST-12 (S), Norwich.

Kwik Fill, ST-12, Norwich.

Gulf Express, ST-12, Norwich.

South End Wine & Liquor, Gilmore Lane, Norwich.

During these investigations, businesses are checked utilizing a trooper in plain clothes and one or several underage operatives who cannot lie about their age or provide a false date of birth.
