CHENANGO COUNTY - Commerce Chenango and Development Chenango Corporation are excited to announce that they have been awarded another grant from the Women’s Fund of the Community Foundation for South Central New York.

This is the second time DCC has been selected for this $5,000 grant. This grant will go towards funding the second annual on March 25, 2025.

Mary Branham, President of Pivotel and Women’s Leadership Committee member states, “The purpose of this event is to provide up-and-coming future women leaders in our community with the resources and network opportunities needed to be successful in both their personal and professional lives.”

The inaugural conference was held in March of this year and hosted around 200 women of all ages and occupations. The conference was held at the Canasawacta Country Club and consisted of speeches, panel discussions and networking over lunch and cocktail hour.

The committee is currently working on creating another successful conference with refreshed panel topics, panelists, speakers, and activities. The 2025 conference will build and expand upon the success of the inaugural conference in 2024.
