CHENANGO COUNTY — Country music singer and songwriter Allie Colleen will be stopping by Chenango County this summer for a concert at the Chenango County Fair Grandstand on Saturday, August 10 at 7 p.m.
Songwriter Alyssa Trahan will open the show before Colleen hits the stage. According to AllieColleenMusic.com, "her music style defines how life shaped her, alongside the personal lyrics and transparency in her vocals and performance ... Her impeccably strong voice with hints of timeless tradition falls between classic and emerging country sounds."
Colleen developed a passion for music and singing at a young age, and in 2021, she released her debut album "Stones." She has also collaborated with other country stars such as Alyssa Trahan with the single "Grass on a Grave," and Lee Brice on the track "While We're Still Friends."
Colleen also recently announced she will be opening for hip hop, country, and southern rock singer Jelly Roll during his upcoming "Beautifully Broken" tour this fall.
Tickets for Colleen's performance at the Chenango County Fair are on sale now at EventBrite.com. General admission is $15 for a seat in the grandstand. Attendees can also bring their own chair and sit on the track.
