CHENANGO CONTY - The annual flower show, sponsored by the Federated Garden Clubs of Chenango County is inviting all flower growers to “Celebrate with Flowers”, as part of the Chenango County Fair, August 7 to 11.

Each year, for over 50 years, the Chenango County Fair Exhibit Hall has been transformed into a lovely garden area, with fancy tables, tables filled with flowers grown by gardeners, just like you, from around Chenango County.

These beautiful flowers are displayed and judged by many different classes and divisions. All flowers for the show must be Pre-registered for entry by the Friday before the show and brought in to the exhibit for judging and display on either Sunday evening or Monday morning by 10 a.m.

They are then judged by trained Federated Garden club judges and displayed throughout the week of the fair for everyone to enjoy.

This fun, learning event is brought to you every year by the volunteers of the Federated Garden Clubs of Chenango County. Each year a special decorating theme is chosen for the fair show. The theme for our 2024 show is “Celebrate with Flowers” focusing on how flowers impact our celebrations. Special displays highlighting this theme will be part of the show and we invite you to come enjoy our flowers and displays each day of the County Fair.
