SMITHVILLE – A Smithville Flats man faces up to 20 years in prison for federal crimes, including making credible threats on social media and the illegal possession of multiple firearms.

The FBI says 52-year-old James Kenyon, of Smithville Flats, pled guilty Wednesday to transmitting a threat to injure in interstate commerce and unlawfully possessing three firearms while subject to a domestic violence order of protection.
