Mount Upton Man Accepts Plea Deal For Felony Drug Charge

MOUNT UPTON – A Mount Upton man pled guilty in Chenango County Court this week for a felony drug charge.

Nicholas A. Marte, 44, of Mount Upton pled guilty to the third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, the top count, and agreed to two years incarceration and two years post-release supervision.
