NORWICH - Commerce Chenango would like to announce the planning of a farmers’ market in downtown Norwich. This project is a significant undertaking, and the organizers are looking to garner community support.

The Chenango County Agricultural Development Council and Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Chenango County are looking to bring a functioning farmers’ market to downtown Norwich, set to run on Thursday afternoons.

This would occur in the marketing season of 2025, from May to autumn. The organizations are also considering an indoor winter market in the Norwich area for the winter of 2024-2025.
