OXFORD — Chenango County Habitat for Humanity (CCHH) will be hosting their annual yard sale fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13, as well as from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 14 on Route 12 in Oxford, next to the Mirabito Gas Station.
There will be a variety of items available for sale, including adult and children’s clothing, a crib and mattress, books, holiday items, a heater, small appliances, games, two sewing machines, golf clubs, toys, jewelry, fabric, jelly jars, antique lamps, crafts, miniature animal figurines, shoes and boots, tables, chairs, and much more, all provided by donations from individuals and organizations.
"People really enjoy coming to the sales, and our volunteers really enjoy it. They find it’s fun, enjoyable, and [they enjoy] the connection with people," said CCHH Promotional Development Committee Chairperson Audrey Johnson. "Last year we had around 60 volunteers, so I anticipate we’re going to have a large number."
