HAMILTON - Save your appetite and join the Earlville Opera House at Ray Brothers BBQ this Thursday, September 19 from 4-8 pm to “Eat for the Arts.”
During this event, Ray Brothers is donating a portion of the evening meal proceeds to support music and arts at the Earlville Opera House.
The “Rusty Pickup” band will provide live music from 6 to 8 p.m.
Ray Brothers BBQ opened in 2014 and is located on Route 20 in Bouckville, just a few miles north of Hamilton. Brothers Tucker and Colin opened the restaurant after many years of experience working in the food industry. They have found a new flame for their passion in the form of slow-cooked meats.
They are an authentic, slow-cooked barbeque style restaurant and they are a first-come, first-serve establishment. Everything on the menu is smoked over local woods for periods of 5 to 14 hours. All of their sauces and sides are prepared daily from the freshest local ingredients when seasonally available.
Earlville Opera House was founded in 1972 as a non-profit community service organization promoting the arts in rural Central New York by offering programs of cultural, educational and historical significance. This is achieved while preserving the architectural and historic integrity of the EOH, a unique second-story theater constructed in 1892. Key EOH programs include a wide range of culturally diverse visual and performing arts programs represented through rotating gallery exhibitions; live performance series; arts workshops; classes and arts education opportunities for all populations; and grantmaking to artists and non-profit organizations. EOH was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. Its’ mission is “to enrich the Central New York Community through the visual and performing arts while preserving our historic building for future generations.” If you cannot attend this event and want to donate to keep music and arts thriving at the Earlville Opera House, please consider giving a donation of any size by visiting www.earlvilleoperahouse.com Please consult your tax advisor for terms related to your donation. EOH is a 501© tax-exempt organization, Federal EIN#: 16-0988051. Thank you.
