NORWICH – For the 29th annual “Doctors with a Heart Day,” Progressive Dental is offering free dental care for urgent needs in Norwich and Endwell on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Norwich: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 101 South Broad Street. Contact number is 607-334-8666.

Those with urgent dental needs, who have no money, job, or means of welfare or health care, are invited. The charity offers free dental care for those in need on a first-come, first-served basis.
