GREENE – Coming off a meet against Dryden on Friday, the Greene Trojans girls’ swim team welcomed Lansing to the high school pool on Monday evening. After the whole team set season best swims on Friday, Greene’s Corrine Dicenzo marked season bests in both of her events on the night.

Dicenzo won the overall 100 yard backstroke event with a season best time of 1:55.27 and swam the 100 yard freestyle in 1:40.71 for fifth place. Teammate Savannah Nowalk earned first place in the same 100 yard freestyle event (1:10.01). Nowalk also finished second in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 31.77 seconds, behind Lansing’s 30.42. Lexi Clark (fifth) and Louise Mendolia (sixth) also swam in the same 50 yard event.
