NORWICH — On October 9, the Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Chenango County held an Open House along with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (Snap-Ed), Expanded Food and Nutrition Ed Program (EFNEP), 4-H Youth Development and the Smart Energy Choice team.

“We had a successful CCE Open House, it was extra special because it took place during National 4-H week,” said Erica Clark, CCE of Chenango County Natural Resource Educator.

“4-H teaches many life skills, responsibility, problem solving, communication, goal planning, leadership and teamwork,” said Clark.

She said one of the reasons they held the Open House was to connect with new families and have additional members sign into the program.
